So I just want to say these guys are great! They did a rebuild of my sewer trunk line that was quick and neat. His guys were polite and friendly. The best part is that I ended up paying them twice but they caught the error and gave me a refund. Honesty. In today’s world need I say more?

They removed the old shower stall and replaced it with a tub/shower combination. Also, replaced sink faucet, removed and replaced lighting fixtures. The walls were refinished and painted. Basically a new master bath. We were very pleased with the service we received and the quality of the workmanship.

I worked at a tile showroom for 6 years, so I was familiar with DeWolfe as I often worked with their team to find the perfect finishes for homes they were building. The experiences then were memorable enough to hire them for my mother's house. We contact DeWolfe after my mother found a different plumber on her own who charged her for the full amount of fixing the furnace, but did not fix it even after being asked to return when it stopped working. This was in the early winter of 2021, so it was urgent as temperatures were below freezing. The DeWolfe team came out and assessed the situation quickly, and although they weren't able to complete the job on the first visit, they fixed it enough to where my mother had heat while waiting for their return. Their responsiveness, honesty and transparency, and their skill in their trade made the entire process relatively painless. Brooklyn was extremely helpful and empathetic to the predicament we were in- big props to her for taking the extra time to stay in contact with me throughout the duration of the work!!!

When we called this company early in the am of 02/03 they promptly returned the call, set up a visit with us, and arrived 20 mins earlier then quoted. Very cool professional found our water heater problem we had no hot water explained the problem to us went to pick up the part problem was solved in a matter of 2 or so hours very happy with the service will definitely use again.
